DMCA / copyright notices
Send notices to support@mytiviflix.com with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact details.
MyTiviFlix resells access to streams originating with upstream suppliers. We do not host video on this domain, and we do not operate the origin servers that carry the channels in a lineup.
That said, if you hold rights in content you believe is being carried and you send us a proper notice, we will act on it. Sending a notice to the party who can actually pull a feed is faster than sending one to a registrar, and where we can pull it, we will.
What to include in a notice
So that we can act without going back and forth, please include the elements set out in the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act at 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Notices from outside the US are welcome in the same format.
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or someone authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the specific channel, stream, or title complained of, with enough detail that we can locate it.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
Where to send it
Email support@mytiviflix.com with DMCA in the subject line. Telegram is for customer support and is not a channel for legal notices; anything sent there will be redirected to the email address above and will lose time in the process.
What we do when one arrives
We acknowledge receipt, and where the complaint identifies something within our control we remove or disable access to it. Where the feed originates upstream, we forward the notice to the supplier and press for removal, and we will tell you that this is what happened rather than let the notice sit unanswered.
Counter-notice
If access to something was disabled and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury to that effect. We will pass it to the original complainant.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly attract valid notices are terminated. Suppliers that repeatedly attract them stop being suppliers, which is the more effective of the two measures.
