If you want to buy IPTV tonight, you do not need an account website. Open the pricing page, pick a plan length and a screen count, and pay the tile. You get Xtream or M3U. You paste. That is the purchase. Telegram @ProAssist24 is for the 24-hour test, setup, and reseller credits.
People overcomplicate this because other shops hide prices behind “message for VIP” and then send an APK. Our tiles are public: plan length across the top, screen count down the side, and a 24-hour test if you are not ready to buy an IPTV subscription yet.
The rest of this page is the boring path: money we will take, files we will not mail, how to buy for a relative’s Firestick, and what to do if the picture is dead before you sleep.
The order path in plain steps
Open the pricing page on this site. Pick 30 days or 12 months, and 1 to 3 screens. The tile opens the payment page. Four screens, or the 24-hour test instead of a plan, go to Telegram @ProAssist24 in the footer.
You pay the published dollar amount. We send server URL, username, and password (or M3U, or a MAG portal after you send a MAC). You load TiviMate or Smarters. You reply in Telegram with a screenshot if the guide is empty.
Do not start a second chat on a handle you found in a Facebook comment. Clone accounts are how people buy IPTV twice and receive nothing. One payment page. One Telegram thread for help.
- Plan length and screen count on the pricing page
- Pay the published amount on the payment page
- Paste Xtream or M3U into one player
- Screenshot errors in Telegram instead of reordering
Payments, and the files we will never send
Card, PayPal, and crypto on the payment page the tile opens. We pick a rail that can reverse because twelve-month orders carry a 7-day refund. If you only have a method we cannot unwind, say so in Telegram before you pay a year.
There is no 12-field cart storing a card for month 13. Auto-renew is off.
We quote dollars, and if your bank converts, that is your bank; no surprise “processing” line appears after you have already said yes. If a “deal” wants gift cards only, or wants you to pay a stranger and forward a screenshot, you are funding a middle man we cannot refund.
Nothing else arrives from us. No random APK, no “security update” file, no Amazon login request, no new Telegram you must join to receive the playlist. Email, when we use it at all, carries an invoice you asked for and never a binary.
If a file lands from outside the thread, delete it.
We will not send your password to a third party because a cousin wants to “set it up.” Forward the Xtream fields yourself, or add the cousin to the thread with the device type. And if an address that is not support@mytiviflix.com wants a remote-access tool on your PC, stop there.
Ordering is a paste, not a technician on your desktop.
Buying for someone else’s Firestick
You can buy for another household. We need the device type if they want setup help: Firestick generation, Smart TV brand, MAG or not. The login can land in your chat and you can paste it on a call.
Generation matters more than people expect. Amazon’s Fire TV device specifications list decode support and radio bands model by model, and an older stick that throttles under heat looks exactly like a dead panel from the sofa.
If you are gifting, budget a current stick. Do not put a $69 year onto a 2018 brick and then ask for a refund because “IPTV is bad.”
Another state is fine, because logins are not zip-locked. Hotel Wi-Fi is the real travel risk. Ask for backup DNS before they go, since peak hour is a bad time to learn what a DNS field is.
Walk them through TiviMate once on a call, then write the three fields on paper next to the TV. Relatives who “will remember” do not remember. That is not an insult. It is how every Firestick gift actually goes.
Night one: what to check before you panic
One player. Xtream fields with no trailing space. HTTP versus HTTPS exactly as we sent. Load a local, a sports row, and one VOD title. If the guide is empty, screenshot before you change five settings.
Two pictures on a one-screen plan will fail. Close the phone stream. Move the stick off 2.4 GHz behind the TV. Then talk to us. Skipping those two checks is how first nights get loud.
When you write, say what you opened (league, local, VOD), the player name, and whether a second device is on the same login. A frozen kickoff is a server, a DNS, or an 8 Mbps rural link, and we will tell you which.
Keep the thread afterwards; it is your receipt and your support bench.
If you bought the year and night one is dead after a correct paste and a wired test, that is exactly when the 7-day window exists. Do not sit on it until day six, and do not buy a second panel from a Facebook ad at 11pm.
That is how people pay twice and still mistype the username.
Questions people ask before they pay
Open the pricing page. Pick plan length and 1–3 screens, or ask Telegram @ProAssist24 for the 24-hour test or four screens. Pay the published tile. Paste Xtream into one player. Screenshot errors in the same Telegram thread. Do not open a second handle from Facebook.
