An IPTV subscription is easy to mystify because the word “subscription” was trained on Netflix. Here, you pay once for a listed number of days and screens. You receive Xtream details or an M3U URL. You paste them into an app you already own. Nothing ships. No jack. No dish.
MyTiviFlix clocks run 30, 90, 180, or 365 days. The 12-month SKU includes 30 extra days, the same public extra Smartiflix printed on its year tile in August 2026. Extra screens cost more because they are extra simultaneous pictures.
Catch-up, EPG, and VOD sit in the same login. There is no second SKU called “movies add-on” unless a shady reseller invents one.
If someone tries to sell you a second password for VOD, you are not buying an IPTV subscription service. You are buying confusion.
What actually lands after you pay
Xtream Codes: server URL, username, password. Or an M3U playlist URL.
MAG users get a portal after they send a MAC. That package is the subscription. There is no set-top box in the mail unless you already own one and we are only activating it.
The login usually lands in Telegram after payment. We will not email a random APK. We will not ask you to join a new Telegram “for safety.” Official chat is @ProAssist24 in the footer.
If the guide is empty after a correct paste, the next checks are HTTP versus HTTPS on the panel URL, a space at the end of the password, and selecting M3U when we sent Xtream. Screenshot the error. Guessing for an hour is how evenings die.
Write the three fields in a note you can find next month. Relatives screenshot once, lose the photo, and then swear we never sent anything. The Telegram thread is the archive. Pin it.
The clock: 30, 90, 180, 365
Those four lengths map to four public prices on one screen: $14 / $36 / $47 / $69. The year is 365 days plus 30 extra on our SKU. We do not silently convert you to a monthly card on file when the clock hits zero.
The clock starts the day you activate, not the day you bookmarked the pricing page. If you pay Friday night and only paste the login on Sunday, say so. We would rather align the start than argue about two missing days in month 11.
Travel months still tick. There is no freeze. If you know you will be offline, buy 30 days when you are back instead of a year that sits in a drawer.
90 days at $36 and 180 at $47 exist for people who are not ready for 365 and not willing to babysit $14 repeats. They are still clocks. They still do not pause. They are just shorter commitments than an IPTV annual plan.
Connections are simultaneous pictures
One paid slot is one stream at a time. A phone on data and a TV in the lounge is two. A paused player that still holds a session can count. If the house fights over the 65-inch, pay for two.
The two-, three-, and four-connection tiles sit beside the one-screen column on the pricing page. Those are not “household vibes.” They are concurrent slots on the panel.
Switching apps does not consume a second slot unless both play at once. TiviMate on the stick and Smarters on a phone both idle is usually fine. Two live games is not.
Apps you already own
TiviMate is the adult Firestick and Android TV player. IPTV Smarters Pro is the one relatives already have.
IBO Player shows up on a lot of support chats. Smart TV stores rotate.
Apple TV works with players that accept Xtream or M3U. Roku is hostile.
We do not pretend otherwise.
You do not need a new subscription per app. Same login. We stay in chat for the current app name because sideloading rules change. The panel does not.
If a shop’s entire product is a custom APK, you do not own the player. Amazon can wipe it. We would rather you use software you can reinstall from a store or a known sideload.
PC players exist. VLC will open an M3U.
That does not make a laptop the living-room plan. Use it as a backup when a hotel TV is locked down.
The subscription does not care which decoder you pick, as long as you are not playing two pictures on a one-slot plan.
Is catch-up a separate product?
The guide (EPG) is part of the login. Catch-up, where the stream supports it, is part of the login.
VOD is part of the login. We list 190,000+ titles and update the library.
Smartiflix claimed 180,000 in August 2026. Level Up claimed 140,500.
Bigger dumps include a lot of junk. We would rather you find this year’s film than a mislabeled 2009 encode.
Catch-up is a different file from live. Live can be fine while replay stutters. Say which one failed if you open a ticket. “IPTV is buffering” is not a diagnosis.
There is no MyTiviFlix “VOD-only” plan. If you only want movies, a legal store rental is sometimes the grown-up answer. If you want live sports plus a library, one subscription is the design.
EPG quality varies by region. US sports rows are denser than a random international news folder. If the guide is blank on one category and fine on another, say which category. “EPG broken” is how tickets sit in a pile.
Pausing like Netflix is not a thing
Netflix pauses because they are billing a card monthly and they can afford the customer-service theatre. An IPTV subscription is a prepaid clock. Days tick whether you watched or not.
If you need a break, stop buying. Start again later at $14.
Do not ask us to hibernate a year SKU for three months because you went to a cabin. That is not how the panel accounts work, and shops that pretend it is usually eat the cost until they vanish.
The reversible year (7-day refund on 12 months) is the closest thing we have to a pause. Use it if the product is wrong. Do not use it as a seasonal hibernation hack. We will notice.
Ordering without a 12-step cart
Telegram. Say 30 days or 12 months and how many screens. Pay the amount we quote. Get the login. Load the player. If you want the 24-hour test first, say that instead of a plan.
No account website that wants your mother’s street. No auto-renew checkbox buried under a green button. No “complete your profile” after you already paid.
If you need a PDF invoice for accounts, ask in the same thread. Reseller credits are a better fit for shops that sell onward. Households usually just pay once and paste.
You can order at 11pm. You may wait if the bench is thin. That is still faster than a cart that emails a password reset, then a second email with a PDF, then a third email with a player you did not ask for.
